Arrow Point Path ++ Pattern Release

You may remember Arrow Point Path, it was originally released as part of Quilt Theory as a short pattern for the lap size on a postcard.

When Quilt Theory disbanded, I asked on the blog if there was interest in any of the patterns being released as fuller patterns.  The votes showed that there was interest for Arrow Point Path to be expanded into a multiple size pattern.

I am sorry it took so long, but today the full Arrow Point Path pattern is ready and available!  The pattern contains instructions for baby, lap, twin, and queen sizes and has additional information such as finishing and a color sheet to audition color schemes for your own quilt.

You can now find the pattern as a digital download in my Etsy shop in a digital version.  The pattern is on sale for one week (through Tuesday June 25th at midnight) for only $7.50. (You even can use coupon code TWOPATTERNS for $2 off two patterns or THREEPATTERNS $4 off 3 patterns in my Etsy shop for even more savings.)

The wonderful photography of the color quilt was by the president of Quilt Theory, Michelle Bartholomew.

Many thanks to:

  • Michael Miller for the Cotton Couture Solids
  • The Warm Company for the Warm & White batting
  • Aurifil for the piecing and quilting thread
Arrow Point Path is a lap sized, fat quarter (or scrap) friendly pattern.  The cover quilt was made in solids but it looks great in prints too. Here is a second version using some Densye Schmidt prints.

Many thanks to Yvonne of Quilting Jetgirl for her pattern tech editing!  Just a reminder, you can find Periodicity in digital and print versions in my Etsy shop (on sale for 1 week).

  1. I was trying to remember the name of your group of quilters yesterday! Now I am trying to remember if I purchased this pattern. Periodicity is a cool pattern, but I still love Arrow Point Path as much as I did when I first saw it when it was first released.
