About the Cover Quilts
Two-Color VersionI made the lap, two-tone version using FreeSpirit Solids in Red, Winter White.
I quilted the quilt using matching Aurifil thread with a stipple pattern (the stipple in the white was tighter and more dense than the red). A red/white striped fabric cut so the lines would be on the bias finished off the quilt as the binding.
I love a red and white quilt and it looks great on my couch!
Multi-Color Version
Andover generously supplied the fabric for the cover version. The prints were from the Natalie collection by Giucy Giuce which were paired with Century Solids, all by Andover Fabrics.
Shelley of The Carpenter's Daughter Who Quilts made the quilt and Rachel of Carpenter's Daughter Quilt Shop quilted the quilt in an allover stipple. Shelley did such a wonderful job making the quilt!

Festive Bows is a fun twist on a bow design that could work in both holiday and other fabrics.The confident beginner pattern contains both multi-fabric and two-tone versions each in two sizes: throw and queen. The queen size is a scaled up version of the throw size.
