I ordered 3 yards of the orange cross-hatch for the backing of a bed quilt for my son (I only have one block finished, I show the pattern once I have a few more done, but it is the pattern requiring half a million HST).
The other cross-hatches were ordered because they were such good blenders. The solid blue is Kona Windsor which will be a border for my Peanut Butter Pinwheel quilt.

LOVE crosshatch! So simple, but so gorgeous! Great stash additions!
ReplyDeleteYes, those crosshatch prints are beautiful.... Especially in person! Looking forward to seeing your son's quilt. HST's are a lot of work... But sew worth it!
ReplyDeleteThey look awesome.
ReplyDeleteWonderful additions. Love the cross hatch.
ReplyDeleteI definitely need to get some of those backings; they look so useful, but I'm still working my way through some cheap Ikea number text fabric for backs. Beautiful photo, by the way!
ReplyDeleteIt is a good thing I did not know about this or I probably would have been buying right along with you! Cheap designer backing fabric is such fun to find!
ReplyDeleteAh love crosshatch, what a good buy! Thanks for linking up your Sunday Stash with me this week!
