The Quilter's Planner 2023 is now available and I am very excited to show you my contribution to the planner, the Tea Leaves pattern.
I designed Tea Leaves using the traditional bear claw block in a more modern setting to look like falling leaves. The throw sized quilt is fat quarter friendly and is written at the confident beginner level.
The fabrics in the quilt are Fabric from the Attic by Giucy Giuce for Andover Fabrics along with some Century Solids. I also used my favorite batting, Warm & White from the Warm Company and Aurifil thread for the piecing and quilting.
Here is the picture of the Fabric from the Attic collection, it is one of my favorites and I have actually made three quilts using these fabrics now. I checked and it is still available on Etsy, I found these three listings for the collection: one, two, three.
I love the bright colors and Kitty's photography is always wonderful.
The planner is available right here. The planner has multiple cover options, Sunday/Monday start days for the calendar, and many options for the weekly calendar portion of the planner.
I went with the rainbow cover, Sunday start, and vertical calendar design.
Which cover is your favorite? Remember you can get your Quilter's Planner 2023 right here.
Congrats on being part of the calendar again this year.
