The sampler contains instructions for 12 different blocks and 2 different settings, an on-point setting and a traditional setting. All of the instructions can be found in the pattern magazine that is included with a Quilter's Planner (affiliate link).
One really nice thing is the entire pattern is in the magazine so you can work at your own pace. You can click over to the Quilter's Planner blog to learn more about the sampler including how to linkup for prizes and tips for completing each block.

I am planning on joining in, are you? (I did not make either of the sampler quilts due to scheduling so I am excited for the chance to sew one.)
I am planning on using some of my Bonnie and Camille fabrics using the on-point layout. I am not sure if I am going to go with a white background or maybe a really light blue?
Remember, you can get your planner right here and the included magazine contains all of the instructions for the sampler (as well as many other patterns).
Happy sewing!
Happy sewing!
I love the sampler quilt you created for the planner this year, Cheryl, and it is going to be fun to see all the different versions being made. Great choice in fabrics for your version!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous sampler! The colors are fantastic and I really love the varied blocks and they way some of them mimic one another but are different. Kitty’s photography makes me think I should take my quilts outside more, but since we are in snow covered, -2 weather, it won’t be for awhile.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the samplers this year! I'm not sure if I'll participate in the official quilt along, but I will definitely be making one of the samplers at some point! :D
ReplyDeleteWell ,this looks as if it is going to be one fun sampler. I am looking forward to reading along. =)
ReplyDeleteSince I'm trying to be a good girl, I will have to live through you on this one :) Those Bonnie and Camille fabrics are going to look so good in this sampler quilt!
ReplyDeleteOh, the sampler will be beautiful in your Bonnie and Camille fabrics!
ReplyDeleteVery fun samplers! This is the year of the UFO, (except for your Plus quilt along), so I'll have to pass on this one.
ReplyDeleteOh this is tempting. May I ask what the fabric is in the first 2 images?
ReplyDeleteHi Nadine - The fabric in the first two photos I believe from Alison Glass, I love her saturated rainbow colors.
